Sojournly
A personal, self-hosted travel journal for the places you've been and the memories you've made.
Keep the trips you've taken in one quiet, private place - the routes, the stays, the meals, the small moments - and wander back through them whenever you like.
Sojournly isn't quite ready yet...
It's taking shape, quietly and with care.

What it is
A place to remember your travels
Sojournly is a place to remember your travels - not to plan them, and not to perform them for an audience. Every trip is yours alone: a map of where you went, a timeline of how it unfolded, and the details worth keeping.
-
See it all on a map
Every place you've been, gathered on one beautiful map.
-
A trip, not a feed
Each trip is made of the stops you made and the things you did along the way.
-
Remember the details
Where you stayed, what you ate, how you travelled, and the weather you had.
-
Keep what it cost
Quietly track spending in any currency, with the home-currency equivalent.
-
A few photos, well chosen
A handful of pictures that matter - not thousands you'll never look at again.
-
A timeline of the journey
A compact, glanceable story of how each trip unfolded.
Private by default
Your memories stay yours.
Sojournly is built to run on your own server, so your memories live with you - yours to keep, and yours to export at any time. It's open source, so you can see exactly how it works - and know it won't quietly disappear.
Prefer not to run a server?
A cloud hosted version, with the same respect for your data, is on the way too.
The name
Short stays, long remembered
A sojourn is a short stay somewhere - time spent in a place before moving on. Sojournly is where those stays are gathered and kept, long after the trip itself has ended.
